I have been reading a great book by Mark Forster - How to Make Your Dreams Come True.
Mark Forster specializes in Time Mangaement, but this is a self-help book with a unique twist.
Most self-help books talk about what you should do, but Mark takes you though his actual process of self-coaching. (It takes "Scripting Your Day" from my Eight Keys to Success to a whole new level.)
Mark has a daily dialog between his present self and his future self...asking questions and sharing what's working or as he calls it "what's better". Along the way he shares exercises to help the reader self-coach themselves.
I recommend this book if you want to understand how to create a dialog between your conscious and subconscious minds and get them more into alignment with each other.
